Day 5 and still feel hungry!!!

i have my shake at half 6 then bar at 1pm then shake at 6 or half 6...but I drink about 4 litres of water a day I find it really helps with the hunger... it took me about two weeks to really feel better on exante completely but hunger was dissipating by around the week mark xx
I found that the first few days i put off having my shake until later to curb the hunger pangs later in the day, but by about day 3/4 i was needing to have my first shake earlier and spread them more evenly throughout the day to keep the hunger at bay. This very quickly made me lose the hungry feeling, i think because i my body was getting something regularly and i wasn't letting it get to the point where it really needed something.
