Day 5 is a bit better than yesterday but im dreading the weekend!!! its always the time when i think about something gorgeous to eat or go out!!!! AAGGGGHHHHH! If i can get through this i can get through anything!!! But i am really really thinking about food!!! even things i dont particulary like! i cant wait for ketosis to kick in and feel better!
My hubby just made bacon.....god the smell is killing me!!!!
I know i can do this tho...i think lol x :D

Hey Hun,

You CAN do this!!!! You have done it before, you can do it again. Keep telling yourself how fantastic you are going to look on your romantic weekend away.
Have yourself a pamper weekend... facemasks, paint nails etc anything to take your mind off food.

I know you can do this hunny x
