Day 5 of the Cambridge Diet

Hi

It is day 5 of the diet and all was going well, but today has been so hard. Found myself thinking more of what I am missing out on but then trying to refocus on the possible outcome of staying with it.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to cope with the weekend please?:wave_cry:

I am on day 6 myself and know what you mean about the weekends:rolleyes:

I would love to say that the weekends do get easier but I have always found Saturdays very difficult.

You could always play in the arcade to take your mind of eating...

Thanks for that I do appreciate all the help I can get at the moment and your comments were great. I have just sat down and watched my family eat a curry with all the trimmings whilst I sipped on my soup. Feel a bit better now that I have had something to eat and have decided to do my ironing and then have a bath.

I seem to find it easier to cope during the week what with work, the kids and the housework, think I just need to plan more for the weekend so I can cope better.
