I am on day 6 myself and know what you mean about the weekends:rolleyes:

I would love to say that the weekends do get easier but I have always found Saturdays very difficult.

You could always play in the arcade to take your mind of eating...


Or play with your own virtual model which I love as it does give an idea what the end results might be.

Thanks for that I do appreciate all the help I can get at the moment and your comments were great. I have just sat down and watched my family eat a curry with all the trimmings whilst I sipped on my soup. Feel a bit better now that I have had something to eat and have decided to do my ironing and then have a bath.

I seem to find it easier to cope during the week what with work, the kids and the housework, think I just need to plan more for the weekend so I can cope better.

i find weekends are the hardest to cope with it i just go for a walk or find anything to do to keep my mind off food :D
