Can't stop thinking about food really hungry.. Just want to eat it's my weigh in Friday that's all I can focus on! Anyone helpe get through this rough patch?! X
I was exactly the same, my 1st and 2nd week was a nightmare, constantly craving everything. honestly it does go away just stick at it and you will get through. i found coming on this site helped me and looking at clothes i really want when i loose weight is a great motivation! good luck xx
have a shower or brush your teeth / chew some gum if you get a craving.. you'll either forget all about it or won't wanna ruin that minty freshness by eating
