I was exactly the same, my 1st and 2nd week was a nightmare, constantly craving everything. honestly it does go away just stick at it and you will get through. i found coming on this site helped me and looking at clothes i really want when i loose weight is a great motivation! good luck :) xx

have a shower or brush your teeth / chew some gum if you get a craving.. you'll either forget all about it or won't wanna ruin that minty freshness by eating :D

When you find it hard go out to the shops if you can....... looking at clothes helps me :)
