Hi All,

Today is day 5 for me and im feeling really hungry :( Does this mean that im not in Ketosis? I thought I was-I have the dry mouth even though I could drown in the amount of water im (struggling) to drink! Im really worried that im going to be the only person in the whole world who's body doesn't 'do' Ketosis!!!

Sorry for moaning but worried now.

Day five for me to, back at work today and went for coffee with the girlies, I dont think that I am really hungry I just think that the smell of food is so good (even boiled potatoes) but I think that I personally am missing the actual process of eating more like a social thing.

hi guys,
i'm on day six and i have very bad breath, i'm losing weight and feel cold all the time, which are all sighns that i'm in ketosis but i feel ssooooooooooooo hungry i want food all the time. I really feel like i'm on the verge of eating everything in the house!

No way you have come to far,remember why you made the decision to start this in the first place just think of all the posatives about your future weight loss and compare to the negatives that you have just now. As for the eating I wanted to sook a ham cube tonight so trust me you are not alone, I feel so bad I was even thinking that the cat's food looked OK.....

People, people calm down, its tea time of course we are hungry its only your head playing muscle memory games with you. Now go and fill ya water bottle up and have a drink, chill Winston!:cool:x

Thanks for your quick replies. I miss the actual process of eating aswell. I think I am actually hungry though! I havent weighed myself yet but im definately losing weight as my trousers already feel looser today :D.

Don't be tempted to eat everything in the house. Try to do something to take your mind off the hunger for a while. A walk maybe (not alone in the dark though) I did that yesterday. Im off to the gym in a bit. Havent been for months and going more as a social thing with friends than as a work out-dont want to over do it.

At least it sounds like I am in Ketosis even though im soooo hungry :sigh:

I'll log back on in a couple of hours and check that we are all ok.

I do remember being a bit hungry but I think a lot of the time it was head hunger rather than actual real hunger. Try and keep it going it will be so worth it!

i'm going to pluck my eyebrows because it give me something to, do and they are in desperate need of attention!
