Day 51 Head Killing me

So today is day 51 TFR, and since about 11 o'clock my head feels like it's imploding - as bad as it did on day 4!!

I have drunk the same amount of coffee as usual, I'm on my 3rd bottle of water so I don't think it's dehydration.

I had a flapjack yesterday and added a litre extra water to my usual quota... Do you think the flapjack did my head in? or any other suggestions would be greatfully received.

Perhaps its a bug? maybe your starting with a cold? Or it could be a hormonal headache maybe... Ive drunk loads today and Ive got a headache too.... all I can think is I sat in the sunshine earlier.... who knows lol.... don`t worry about it if you know youve drunk pleant y chick, just take some para`s and have a nice hot brew... xx
