Day 6 and feeling down!

Hey :) awww you've done really well!
I was exactly the same when Iwent out for a meal it'd be starter, main and dessert 4 times a week!!! but now I know just how little it takes to fill me up i'll be choosing much heathier options in the future!
and with the crisp thing i'm going to try eating the baked crisps rather than fried when I have a bad craving for them.
