Day 6 for me- weird weight pattern.

started monday- weight 15.7 - by monday night my body was in ketosis (i used a ketostix)
tuesday-15.5
wednesday 15.3
thursday-15.1.5 (did loads of swimming)
friday- 15.1.5
saturday 15.1.5

Why has it suddenly stopped? does it mean my metabolism has adjusted and is now refusing to lose weight? does it mean that i cant lose weight even on an extreme diet? will it mean i wont lose weight next week?

has this happened to anyone before? xxxx:confused:
 
The first 3 or so days will have been water weight but it'll come off, don't worry! You can't not lose weight on this diet but some people lose more than others. It'll all even out to around a stone a month. Try not to weigh each day as it takes a week for your body to even out calorie intakes :)
