Day 6 on phase 1. Gained 2 pounds. help!

Hey there,

I started phase 1 on Monday and apart from headaches Tuesday have been fine. Only problem is I am 2 pounds heavier than last week.....

Am eating all the right things and I don't drink alcohol.

Anyone know any tweaks to get body moving in phase 1? have decided to extend for another 5 days xxx

Hi, how you getting on now.................did you manage any tweaks? I noted on another thread you said bout yoghurt..............have you cut it out? If so has it made a difference?

When I did phase 1 I had porridge made with water for breakfast, salad for lunch and meat and veg for tea. I avoided NLY mostly and didn't eat the brown rice either, this approach worked for me and wonder what it is that you have done differently.
