Day 6 & !st WeighIn

    Well at the 6th day of my 1st week and this will also be my weigh in day.

    1st thing's 1st I've dropped 8lbs since last Wednesday, which Im more than pleased with. well on my way to my goal. and happly under 21St.:D

    Today I have had a Straberry shake first thing this morning and I have just had a porridge sachet for lunch. very nice. not sure what soup I will have later, might have the potato & leek and follow that with toffee & walnut.

    hope you all have great weigh in this week, and looking forward to my next weigh in!!!!

    feel very happy thanks, still cant get over your first week loss on these diets.

    1st time was huge +20lbs
    2nd time was 9lbs
    this time was 8lbs.

    I know half of this is water weight that dosent matter. its a great driver and makes that 1st week worth it
