    omg its day 6 i cant believe it had blip sat had chicken donner but didnt eat bread but apart from that stuck to ss 100% role on my first weigh in tom night

    how is everyone else doing

    oh my god its so hard

    you're doing good honey. everyone has a blip every now and again but they really do catch up with you if you aren't careful. keep it up and i'm sure your weigh in will be great :)

    oh i know i felt so sick after the kebab too and regretted it so much but fingers crossed i still have good loss

    Good luck for tomorrow night, i don't think the little blip will make much difference to your first weigh in, it's more physcological (sp?)that if you eat and still do well sometimes you are tempted to eat again, that's how I am. Finger crossed for a fab loss :) xx
