Day 6

    Got up this morning feeling absolutely great. Really thought i'd turned the corner No bloated feeling, felt 'slim' , felt very upbeat and ready for another day of CS. Not hungry today which i was greatful for.
    2 people have asked if i've lost weight they said my face looks slimmer. so positive stuff. But theres no difference in my clothes.
    Anyhow after being silly and doing another sneeky weigh in i'm disappointed again!!
    But after drinking flavoured water for the first few days (now i'm on mineral etc )and a few cheats in the very hard first couple of days i suppose i cannot expect anything else.
    SO i've decided i'm gonna give it another wk b4 giving in, on the strength of how good i felt this morning!!

    why dont you give it another wk and see how you go and a pound of is better than one on , i know its dissapointing to not lose a lot but it prob come of next wk

    Get rid of the scales.....they just bring heartbreak......if you stick with this 100% it will work.
    I am just starting to fit into one size down and I have been on this way of eating for 6 weeks.

    thanks sharon.xx Ooops sorry if your reply doesnt quite make sense now as i've edited my post as it was far to negative and after thinking it over i had decided to try for another week so re-worded it as i didnt want to appear a complete saddo!! LOL )

    Honestly do not weigh yourself before weigh day! I did twice and twice i'd put on weight :eek: Come weigh day and it had evened itself out and I lost 6lbs :D Same time, same day, once a week, its the only way to go :)

    Stick to it 100% - its easier than it sounds, honest!! If you do then you can't not lose - good luck!

    Thanks Ladies, I'm sure it will sort its self out like you say. I will try it for another week it would be silly not to after getting myself routined last week. And my mind set is still geared towards doing it. I'll try fit in some more exercise this next week, and i'll make my 'official' WI day a week tomorrow!
    And I aint goin no where near any scales till then!!!! :D
