Party and shopping weekend!! Massive flex synning!!

Sat 26th

B: pan au chocolat

L: chicken and bacon Panini, chips, salad

D: sw chicken curry, rice (my lovely friend made this for me!!)

4 hotel chocolat chocs

1/2 bottle of cava, 3 gin and slims!

Yikes food fest or what!! It's the 1st time I've been off plan and knew I would splurge!!
 
Sun 27th march

Completely hungover today!! Such a lightweight!!

Today I ate around 12 noon. Here's what I had:

4 x yellow plums
Apple
Pear
Big bag of monster munch
2 hotel chocolat
Big bottle of diet bitter lemon!!

Slimming world?? Not so much. Oh well, tomorrow is another day!! night x x x

I'm back with my tail between my legs!! I've been sooo bad over the last week. I lost 2lbs last week after getting sotm. But this week I have eaten what I wanted when I wanted.

Weigh in tomorrow and I feel so disappointed with myself - I'm 1lb off my 2st award and nit even that was motivation to keep me focussed.

Right today is a new day - draw a line under all others.
