Day 8 (help!)

Monday 14th march

Breakfast:

Go ahead fruit slices - 7 syns. Bought them thinking that they're 3.5 syns, but realised that they are 3.5 per slice!!! Gutted!!!!

Lunch

Veg rice
Salad, cucumber, peppers
Ham
Pineapple, apple, orange, melon, plum, kiwi
Ff activia
Snack a jacks (4.5 syns)

Dinner - nothing yet - porridge perhaps - use up heas and hebs.
 
Tues 15 March

breakfast:

golden syrup oat so simple - disaster no.2 of the week. Thought I could use this as my heb but its only the original one so 6 syns - ouch!

2 x slices w/m bread - heb
ww hearty veg broth - 2nd heb
ham - 2.5 syns

Erm no. Are you aware of food abuse???? your just eating Superfrees that's good. Food abuse is changing the form of something eg cous cous to flour x
 
Hiya,

I wasn't aware of it until recently. I was reading about sw crisps and someone mentioned (or I understood it to be) that it was eating more than you would normally do of something. e.g eating crisps made with 3 potatoes when usually you would perhaps only have 1.

Do you know what it is? For some reason I am really hungry today - just making myself some porridge now!!

Yep that would be food abuse as you wouldn't eat 3 potatoes for the sake of it. One is ok. There r loads of food abuse things. Don't worry about abusing speed foods tho thy r there to be abused. Eat loads lol x
