Bring it on!!! Having a large coffee - got porridge for lunch and then gym tonight and I AM going!!!!

Manic day- managed to neck less than half my soup. It then went cold so I had to chuck it. Just finished work. No time for water or even a cup of tea - going home to neck 2 litres and scoff 3 packs before bedtime - grrrr to work and clients!!

Oh and SOD the gym!!!
