I know, I know, I really shouldn't, but my scales always read within 1lb of my LLC's. I got on them and weighed 13st 5.5lbs. I started at 18st 2 on the 7th January this year.
This means that I have lost approximately 65lbs in 98 days!
I am over the moon. A friend took a picture of me in a night club last night, sitting next to a petite friend who has the same dimensions as Kylie Minogue and I looked NORMAL! I used to look twice the size of her in pictures.
I've gone from a 24 top and 22 bottoms to a 16 top and 14 bottoms (just - a teensy bit of a squeeze, but my 16 bottoms are now too big for me).
I am amazed that this was possible. I am so proud of myself for sticking to it all the way though - I am a few pounds away from being able to take riding lessons for the first time in years!
I need to thank Minimins for being there for me because I don't think I could have got through the first 6 weeks without reading all your posts and answers to my burning questions. I can't post whilst I'm at work because of message board restrictions and I don't have much time at home, but I do read the VLCD threads avidly!
But most of all I need to thank myself for being so strong! Congratulations to all the early January starters who have just got to their 100 days or are getting there this week!
