Total Solution Day four and Ill

Hi I have been doing the Total Solution for 4 days now, for the past two evenings I have felt really sick...is this normal? Iv'e actually had chicken breast last night for tea and salmon tonight as I wondered if it was hunger pains however the thought of an Exante product is making me vomit I didn't mind them before.

Advise needed!

i felt like this today (day 3 for me) so iv decided to try the working solution instead. although a lot of people have said that it gets better but i just couldnt keep on feeling that ill x

The packs have that many vitamins and minerals in, they can make you feel nauseous. I had it for about 5 days or so a few days after I started and it passed after my tummy got used to it.

I felt sick for the first few days and so I just drank more water. It seems to take it away, otherwise drink peppermint tea.
