Day One of my weight loss journey


Day One :D

Hi guys, I'm Emma. I've never done a meal replacement diet before so its all new to me but I am so committed right now, that i am confident I will succeed. I aim to stay as positive as possible. Does anyone have any tips they use daily to keep cravings at bay? I have decided to create a scrap book of 'fat' pics of me that i hate, next to gorgeous slim celebrities like Katy Perry, I want to use it to look at when i'm feeling low and I hope it will keep to keep me focused.

I met my consultant this morning and she is lovely! I'm all set with my shakes, soups and porridge and so excited for my weigh in next week.
Just had a mushroom soup it was surprisingly yummy!
After reading through some of the posts on here I already feel so motivated to make this diet work. There are so many inspirational people on here who have had big weight losses and I hope that in the future it will be me, slim and gorgeous :D
