Thankyou, betsybotox...great name, i have to do this 100% i have a big operation coming up, so no going back, i have 4kids and so will be around food,unless i stop feeding the kids,lol but im a strong person, and this site will be my little life saver, x

I know once you know and feel the weight coming off is'nt it weird how we take more pride in our appearance and our confidence grows - I want it to grow all the way to 10st.:girlpower:
When my housemate is cooking its easier to just go have shower and get away from the Kitchen - I genuinely do feel smypathy for those who have to cook for kids whilst doing this - that to me is ultimate willpower, I would not conquer that - so well done there already.
