Hey everyone!!
Thanks for all your supportive messages!!

So i have started SW again today after a few weeks off (plus an extra 6 pounds)

Been asda this morning stocked up the fridge and cupboard and im ready to go!!

Just wondering does any body know if the packet ham (asda own dry cured) is syn free?

Not sure about this because I think some wafer thin hams are now synned....someone will be along to help you out.
