Day one...

    Hi Guys,

    Well i met up with my counc last night and she gave me all the food i needed for a week to start with. Guess what? She weighed me and in the past two weeks I have lost 9lb's!!! Yay :) Been dieting to get my body used to the CD.

    So I am now 17 stone 2lb's :) Tried the apple and cinn porridge today but didn't like it so have swapped it for more shakes. Had strawberry shake with crushed ice for brecky and that was nice. Got tom soup for lunch and choc shake for dinner and drinking lots of water too.

    Lets see how i get on, wish me luck and good luck to all of you also :) xoxo

    Good luck with CD...I am on day one today too. Started the day with a herbal tea and a bottle of water. Shall have my first shake shortly.
