Day Three ... Going ok me thinks!

Day Three .... Im not sure if tabs have kicked in or not yet but BOY do i have wind! LOL .. My BF so loves me hehe ;)

Yesterday went well, I also did a 2.5 hour walk with the dog up on the forest which was fab! really lovely yesterday evening.

Im having a problem tho and could do with some help.

Im following Ww points and im having 23 a day altho since starting the tabs im only eating around 13-14 this is because i cant have my snacks, I need to find some foods i can pick on within the fat guidlines ..

any ideas ?

Pixi i try to stick to fruit for snacks im also doing ww.
its not straight forward.. but i found that if i eat three decent meals
divide my points between them i am eating most of my points
and eating enought calories and fat grams to make the tablets work.

Look for food with no fat for between meals.

I used to try too hard to stick with low fat and ended up eating TOO few calories and TOO few fat and AND too few points and body went in to starvation mode.

ww yogarts have a low cal no fat range!

Oh this is so confusing i dont think im doing it properly ! :( ...
Why can't you have your snacks hun? I didn't do WW, but I was on Xenical, and I had at least 2 low fat snacks a day. If you don't eat all your points, then chances will be that you won't lose any weight hun.
