Day three This am I gave in and....

weighed myself !!! I wont post my results yet but im so happy!! I then pee'd on my ketostix and am already in ketosis that should explain why im soo cold!!! Cant wait for firt WI to change my ticker!!!

I'm not sure if I'm in ketosis or not. I'm not cold, still getting hunger pangs, but man I have dog breath, but that could just be the rapid change in diet.

weight in on thursday - I thought my breath was ok but my sister suggested I get some mints so thinking I was wrong!!

Hi Spangex, i have sneaked a peek a few times this week aswell and the arrow is definitely going in the right direction

Have my 1st WI tomorrow, fingers crossed
