Im on day 3 of lipotrim today and i found it so hard in the afternoon, I started a new job and didnt have anywhere near enough time to drink water :( im hoping it will get easier because i just wanted to quit a few hours ago!

MY tip for awesome shakes

5-6 ice cubes + choc flavour LT + 1/2-1tsp decaf coffee + Fibre Clear + 500ml of water = awesomeness!! give it a go!!

Make sure you drink water throughout the day and not in massive sittings.. Day 3 i think is the hardest in week 1 ... so keep at it !!!
