    I far so good had a sneaky weigh in and lost 4lb which has boost me for today caramel shake for breakfast chilli pk for lunch think I will get some slim rice to go with it haven't tried it yet does anyone know what it's like please xx good luck today everyone xx

    Helllooo! Well done on loss - fab! :) Slim pasta is nice I think - I preferred it to the rice, but I also found the rice ok! When you're that x

    Lol thankyou not long joined minimums does it matter if you have more than one tread I just think of questions and start a new one perhaps I should add on to old one !!!?xxx
