Hey mumto4, we're similar weight and started CD on the same day. You need a diet buddy?? I dont think we're the same height though because you're a size 12 at your weight whereas i know i am definatley not, lol. I'm 5 foot 2 inches, 23 years old and i weigh 10stone 13.8 lbs.
But well done for resisting the ice cream, i can guarantee that your willpower will get stronger as the days pass. You could still have your ice cream if you really wanted to by freezing a CD tetra for a few hours and then leaving it out for a few mins before eating. I haven't tried it myself yet but i am sure i will when the weather gets better
