So today is my first day of my weight loss journey. Had my first shake this morning, i wasn't keen, tasted rather like cardboard, literally, i am wondering though if this is because of the box. I added some mixed berries, this helped a little. Anyway still feeling motivated, going to try and get some of the meal bars, anybody recommend these? Also can anybody give me some ideas for evening meals? Thank you!! :) x
