Days 1-3 done - in ketosis!!

    :D Yippeeee:D I've stuck to SS 100% for 3 days and am now in ketosis! Have lots of energy too. I couldn't stop working on my nightshift last night and did loads of stuff for the dayshift, lol. Now if I could only focus on sorting my house out I'd be very happy:rolleyes:

    Now is a tricky time for me though as I find that I get here and sabotage it - must keep going a day at a time. Now heading to bed for a well-deserved sleep - anyone else spend all night dreaming about
    yummy food?:eek:

    Know what you mean about the delicious dreams. I have a recurring dream/nightmare about melted Galaxy chocolate!!!

    Well done for getting past the first three days - they can be so tough. Now just focus on taking each day 100% at a time. It'll become second nature in no time :D

    excellent the hardest part over now, l just take it a day at a time also easiest way to be 100% :D:D:D:D
