dayyyyyyyyyyyyy 1 on the ss diet

As it says it's my 1st day today.

got up feeling positive.

I've managed half a litre of water.

and i'm half way through a strawberry shake, which isn't to bad.

off to work in 15 mins, going to take a 1 litre bottle of water with me.

only home from work at 3.00pm, so i may have a soup then, and another shake around 8.00pm


was wondering if i could have warm water to drink, as i don't mind cooled boiled water.

Hi

And thanks for all the well wishes.

Well i've returned from work, i've drank loads of water, and i feel great.

even went into Asda to do a bit of a shop, and felt ok.

I can't decide what to do now, as i've a soup and shake left to have.

should i have my soup in an hour, like for tea, then have my shake around 8.00pm as a treat.

I hope everyday feels like today. :D

Well done on your first day!

In all honesty it's day 2 and 3 that I find hardest. That's when the energy goes and the cravings really kick in! Day 4 onwards is plain sailing!!

I tend to have a soup for tea in first few days as it feels like eating something proper. The a choccy shake for a treat! yummy!

well i've just made half a cup of chicken and mushroom soup, and i'm going to have the other half in a couple of hours.

Then i'm going to have the chocolate shake as a hot drink later on.

I think that this is ok, by spliting the packets.

Also may make it feel like i've had a bit more to drink.

well that is day 1 in the ss house over with

had a

strawberry shake for breakfast, actually i didn't mind it.

drank a lot of water inbetween, actually drank 2.5 lts today, not bad for day 1.

then around 4.30pm i made half a sachet of chicken and mushroom soup into a cup a soup, and then did the same around 5.30pm

didn't mind the flavour as well, it wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be.

then i decided whilst in the bath at 9.00pm i made half a sachet of chocolate and mint into a hot chocolate drink.

And i've just made the other half up, it's not to bad.

Feel better having the sachets like this, as the soup made me feel like i was having 2 meals.

I can't get my head around black coffee, as i find it to bitter, so what are the tea drinks that you have.

bearing in mind that i don't actually like tea.
