dayyyyyyyyyyyyy 4 on the ss diet

    well the sleep deffo came

    went to bed at midnight and only just got up:eek: good job it's my day off

    don't feel as hungry today and as of yet i've had nothing

    still not had a headache.

    so i'm of to drink a lt of water, then decided which shake to have for breakfast

    good luck all for today

    well i'm struggling today

    just can't seem to get the water down

    infact i've only had 1 lt

    which isn't to good

    I'm on day four too.. woke up at 5am for work and had my shake.. drank water all day, took a painkiller for a headache this morning but it hasn't come back. Feeling less hungry, still want food but that's my brain and tastebuds crying..

    Feeling a bit better.

    sometimes its hard to get the water in but make sure you get the min in 2.5 litres :) your doing brill :) x

    still struggling to drink the water it is making me gag

    feel crap with it as well

    but i'm not going to give up this isn't going to beat me.

    I have been struggling with water lately, but have got myself a 1litre bottle and set times that I should drink each litre by. It's certainly helped me.

    Well done on day 4. Not long now till your first weigh in and I am sure you'll have a great loss, which will make it all worth it x

    aww just saw the other post, we must have been typing at the sane time! Sorry it's making you feel crap. It's really hard to get used to the water. There's still time today to get some more in, so just take it steady.
