So today is my second down day this week. It is 11 am, and I am eating for the first time today. Chicken noodle soup - 70 calories.
Yesterday on my up day, I pretty much kept track of my calories, thought I was doing good, then decided to recheck the cal. calculator since I had lost weight since I last looked at it and... saw that my ud cal intake is actually a couple hundred less than it was last time I checked! So I had gone over by about 150 cal. So today I decided to eat less than my allotment to make up for that. Does that work?
Anyways, I don't know how you guys do it!? I take Reductil, so I am not starving or anythng and waiting until later in the day before you eat was a good tip from members. BuT I have to say I am a little bit headachey and a tiny bit foggy I guess you would call it. How do others feel on their down days? The only thing keeping me on it is 2 things: I desperately want to reach my xmas goal and , 2. I know that less than 20 hours from now I will be able to eat a decent meal.
I am interested in hearing your comments about this.
Thanks for your help and support
