Hi does anyone just have shakes like slim and save on dd if so how are the losses doing ?
I started with them, as per JUDDD instructions and found it was easy to get the hang of eating nothing. But I couldn't have done more than a couple of weeks on them, I have no idea how people manage more long term
I have found it a bit difficult to restart after Christmas, so I am going to do a week or two on them again, just to see if they are as useful second go round
