    Well, I have just returned from a 3 week holiday in South Africa and Mozambique which was wonderful.....and so was the food!
    Say no more!!

    So, here I am, back to the world of slimming, with refreshed and renewed determination!

    Thanks for the 'welcome back' Seadie!

    Ok...so yesterday didn't quite go as planned and not great for a first day!
    So, as I said, just got back from holiday and had to go and pick my pooch up from the kennels. The kennels is a 3 hour round trip and for part of our time away, my Mum had also looked after him. I had to first go to my Mums to pick up his bits and bobs then drive onto the kennels who only keep certain office times when you can drop off/pick up your pet.
    In a nutshell, I left home late morning after 2 coffees and arrived home late afternoon with no preparation beforehand for food! I hadn't even been food shopping at this point. As you can guess, I am not one of those organized people......!!

    So basically, no food all day and a meal late evening after the food shop....

    SW wedges
    Spicy mince with peppers, onions mushrooms and tomatoes
    Tomatoes, cucumber
    2 x tblsp extra light mayo..................................................1 SYN

    1 x can of Coors light.........................................................8 SYNS

    A successful day today, albeit I had no lunch! I will get back to 3 meals a day at some point.

    Had a late breakfast of

    2 x hard boiled eggs

    Haven't managed to keep up with this diary as much as I'd wanted.
    Despite that, I have lost 4lb this week which is most of my holiday gain, at least!
    And I have decided to re join my old group tonight! I have just sent the consultant an email so that I would commit myself to going!

    Ha ha...no he's not a Westie, though lots of people think he is! He's a Cesky Terrier.....he has short legs, a long body and a long square snout!. He's very cheeky.....but very cute!

    He sounds very handsome! Haven't heard of a cesky terrier, I will have to have a google! I love a terrier, such characters! I have a westie, jack Russell, cairn terrier cross :) 3 naughty terriers in one!!

    Gosh...3 terriers! You're brave! Lol 1 is enough for me.....he is 13 now and shows no sign of slowing down! He still runs like the wind and is as demanding as ever!

    Whoops that came out wrong - meant to say that I have one terrier but he is a cross of 3! One terrier is more than enough for me!
    13 is a brilliant age to be charging around like a loon! I don't think they ever slow down, ours is one the go from morning til night!
