Cant remember what I ate on Saturday now.....but I was on plan.Sunday....went into London to see the poppies at the Tower, ate pizza and beer in Zizzi's!
Monday....again, cant remember menu, but back on plan


Tuesday 11th November EXTRA EASY

I ran across an old post of yours when I Googled "syns in tinned pumpkin" - do you remember what you ended up doing with yours? I'm thinking cinnamon pumpkin pancakes of some sort... but not sure how I'd work out the syns! :)

Homemade hot and smoky hummus.......2 SYNS (tahini)

DINNER
Homemade Egyptian lentil curry............2 SYNS (oil)
Ainsley's cous cous...................................2 SYNS (I think!)

Still need the other half of my HE A and another B, may have a chunk of cheese later...if you can call 45g cheese a chunk!!

Its really nice. I changed it to lasagne as I find stuffing the cannelloni tubes a faff!!

Saturday 25th April EXTRA EASY

Sunday 26th April EXTRA EASY

BRUNCH
scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
mushrooms and baby plum tomatoes

DINNER
Shepherds Pie
broccoli and carrots
Gravy........................................................3 SYNS

Unmeasured wine and chocolates......? SYNS

And no HE B!! Not a great day!
