No, got Hellmans squeezy bottle, up to 4 tbsp = 1pp, so I just guess! x

That's good 'value' I have the flavoured light and I have to weigh that out! X
 
Lunch looks fab! I always pp my bottle if red as 19pp, I think that's based on 13.5% vol, reds seem to be a smidge stronger than whites!

Food diary Friday 2nd August 2013

Breakfast - 2 slices Warburtons Toastie, toasted = 4pp
1tsp Clover lighter = 1 pp
Marmite = 0 pp

Lunch - Steak, cooked in fryingpan with frylite = 5 pp
Salad: lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, red pepper = 0 pp
2-3 tbsp (ish) Lighter than light mayo = 1 pp
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce = 1 pp
Snickers ice cream bar = 3 pp

Dinner - Weight Watchers chicken & pasta bake = 6 pp
Be good to yourself rice pudding half tin = 4 pp

Mighty lights crisps = 3 pp
Weight Watchers honeycomb bar (from meeting) = 2 pp
Frosties, dry, 30g = 3 pp
Weight Watchers victoria sponge = 3 pp

Total pp used: 36
Weekly pp used: 5
Weekly pp left: 15

I am sure that just because I wanted to save my pp this week, I have been extra picky this week. Not going to get much red wine for 15 pp am I lol, I don't know why I have been feeling so snacky this week, just in the evenings, it's like I just can't stop myself!

I had the same thing happen to me a little while ago! Normally I have 5pp for Brekkie, 5pp for Lunch and it doesn't bother me, on that particular Saturday I did that but was super hungry and in sure it's cos I was trying to save the 16pp for the evenings party! Normally I 'save' them without any bother, stupid human brain! X
 
I could not stop eating last night either, really didn't want to use as many weeklies as want some for Sunday...it must be a hungry week!!
 
Oh dear. Oh dear dear dear. I knew I didn't have enough weeklies, but it didn't stop me on Saturday night. I went way over my pp :( Was drinking red wine and the club, but the problem was when we got back (my 2 friends and daughter) we were all starving. I ended up having a bit of a binge, and then yesterday I had the hangover from hell and all I wanted to do was eat... I am so annoyed with myself. I am definitely staying in next weekend! I can't keep dealing with the guilt of a great weekend lol. Will be back on later to put up the last couple of day's diaries :( x

Breakfast - Weight Watchers bagel = 4 pp
1tsp WW raspberry jam = 1 pp

Lunch - Weight Watchers cheese & onion crustless quiche = 7 pp
Salad - lettuce, cue, toms, onion, peppers = 0 pp
Lighter than light mayo & sweet chilli sauce = 2 pp

Dinner - nothing.... went to the club at 7pm. Here is what happened...

6 glasses of red wine = 19 pp (this is a guess as didn't keep track after the first 3!)
1 bottle Coors light = 3 pp
Walkers Mighty lights crisps = 3 pp
NuMe raspberry fruit bar = 3 pp
2 WW chocolate digestives = 3 pp
1 WW mini roll = 2 pp

A couple of forkfulls of the chips and doner chicken kebab meat that Louise went and got = 6 pp don't know, just a guess!

Breakfast - Couldn't face it lol

Lunch - 4 x Weight Watchers pork sausages = 6 pp
Weight watchers creamy carrot & swede mash = 5 pp
Steam veg = 0 pp
Mushrooms and onions = 0 pp
Gravy made with 2 x tsp Bisto = 1 pp
Snickers Ice cream bar = 3 pp

Dinner - 40g cheddar cheese = 5 pp
4 x cream crackers = 3 pp
Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp = 1 pp

Kit Kat 4 fingers = 6 pp
Walkers Mighty Lights crisps = 3 pp

Total pp used: 33
Total weeklies used: 0 (as none left!)
Activity points swapped: 2
Weeklies remaining = 0 pp
Activity points left: 0

I haven't actually gone right over my points, but to have to use the few activity points I earned out of desperation is a little depressing lol. Thank the lord I just have to get through this evening with 0 pp spare! I have been really stressing about how silly I was, but actually, I think I might have just pulled it off. I was dancing, that's got to count for some ap's, wish I was wearing my pedometer lol. I did Leslie 1 mile yesterday too, and again forgot to put my pedometer on.

Oh well weigh in tomorrow, there is nothing more I can do now - can't wait for a fresh new week, and brand new weeklies which I will make better use of this week for sure.

Breakfast - WW bagel = 4 pp
1 tsp WW raspberry jam = 1 pp

Lunch - Birdseye southern fried crispy chicken fillet = 6 pp
WW Tortilla wrap = 3 pp
lettuce, tomato, red onion = 0 pp

Dinner - WW ravioli = 7 pp
WW Garlic dough balls x 4 = 4 pp
Salad, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, yellow pepper, cucumber = 0 pp

Metcalf's chocolate rice cake = 2 pp
WW salt & vinegar hoops = 2 pp
30g golden grahams (dry) = 3 pp

Total pp used today = 32

No weelklies left, no activity points left, so ended this week minus one point. I won't be letting that happen again next week! All I can do now is keep everything crossed for WI tomorrow.

food sounds lovely for today.
I was at a wedding on Saturday and I used every one of my 49 but I might of dipped into my ap aswell im not really sure. Im weighing in tomorrow aswell so I will be thinking of you
