Anyhow, we left my place at 7pm - got back at 11:15... long evening, I only went to keep Ken company - waiting around is such a pain, and really drags

Well, bit of a funny day, Ken got up early and dropped his eldest granddaughter to the station after a weekend home from uni, then came to me about lunchtime - so I decided to have a 'long lunch' can get away with it a biot at the moment
Went on a bit of a trawl, I'm thinking about moving, but there are a few provisos, so after looking online, I can then rule some out..... Off for a proper viewing on one Weds.
I then took him for a pint, diet pepsi here!!
Oh, and I asked him to bring my bike battery back ......... I'm on the mend :D
just put some fuel in, run it round for about 5 miles, just to charge it a bit, didn't realise how much I've missed it!! - I want a new one.... but I can't have everything all at once!!!

WK47 D5 (Tue 29th Nov) - EE

OK, went and spent some money today.... actually, I never do
So I have at long last bought an actifry..... good price, medium size one for £120 instead of £230 (advertised price) from Currys, so I had to try chips tonight!!

Lunch: superfree soup
carrot, onion, swede, turnip, celery, brussel spouts, oxo

Dinner: s/free soup, melt burgers, chips and salad
s/free soup (carrot, onion, swede, turnip, celery, brussel spouts, oxo), el mince, onion, 2x babybel (4), potatoes, 0.5 tbs virgin oil (3), lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, mixed peppers, carrots

Supper: hot chocolate & chewy bar
250ml semi-skim milk (HEA),highlights(2), hi-fi bar (HEB)

1/2 tbs virgin olive oil - 3
2x babybel light - 4
highlights - 2
Total Daily Syns : 9
Total Weekly Syns : 43.5/70
====================

I've used the actifry twice now - the chips came out nice & crispy, but I like chip shop chips so will need to experiment with chip sizes and timings, but for the 1st go I followed their instructions - cut, wash, dry
I used 1/2 tbs olive oil - 3syns, if you use extra virgin you can use it as an HEB
I've read that frylight can be used, then it'd be free.
Tonight I did sauté potatoes, and they were not as crispy, but I also only drained the spuds, and didn't towel dry them, so that would have an impact.

In the box was a USB of recipes, but I've not looked at that yet - wanted chips!! And that's in the handbook - it was so cheap (compared to it's usual price) £119 instead of £230 - I wouldn't pay the full price.
What I've read, you can use it for currys , bolognaise and stuff, so we'll see

Aww bless you for asking, the bumps are just a little sore. Will get my man who can, to sort it out when not too sore. It's been a crazy week in all :)

WK47 D6 (Weds 30th Nov) - EE

Well, I ate very little ... in part not really hungry, hate forcing myself to eat, and also my day was all over the place.

Went to see this property, was supposed to be 2pm, ended earlier at 1pm, took Ken for a beer & a chat, so I was out from 12:30 - 3, shot home, cooked dinner, Ken back for our Wednesday pub night
inbetween I had to do some work as well!!!

So, my limited eats:

Dinner: mince & gravy, saute potatoes & veg
el mince, onion, mushrooms, oxo, saute potatoes, I/4 tbs olive oil (1.5), courgettes, swede
I would normally have mash, but thought I'd play with my new toy!!

Pub - have a guess..... diet pepsi & no raffle win :(

Supper: chicken, lettuce & piccallili sarnie, pickles, quavers
2x400g nimble wholemeal (HEB), chicken, 1tbs piccallili (0.5), lettuce, gherkins, cherry tomatoes, quavers (4.5)

Thats it!!! - pretty sad eh? - didn't even want hot chocolate

1 tbs piccallili - 0.5
quavers - 4.5

Are you telling me that you had nothing to eat until tea time? Come on now chicken ... you know that's not good for you :(

Those saute potatoes better have been worth it ;)

Good luck for WI - I'm sure you're gonna get a lb off this week xx

Ali.... aunty A, Mrs. influence.....Minimims mate......

I am expecting a severe beating from you :whoopass: .....and deserved based on today..... Not naughty, not been piggy - ( been OK all week.... sort of, as in, not eating too much! )
but I've had a difficult few days.... - not in a horrid way, just busy, hectic, don't know whether I'm here, there, been, gone, Arthur or Martha

WK47 D7 (Thurs 1st Dec) - EE or red or green - WI

Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner :
coffee, tea, beer, whisky

Seriously..... :(

no sleep last night - bed midnigt - still awake 06:00 am..... up at 09:30, work 1030 - 230.... view house, do some more work - 5pm, go to SW class, home, tidy, appointment 830 - 945pm......:beer8:

pub..... few beers, whisky given... do I say no????
course not, since I'm feeling good, head fine, and it's the 1st beer, whisky, well any alcohol in over a month.

Feeling good, back to normal(ish).... we'll see ....

OH but....... my few weeks of being P...ee...d off for STS/+0.5/+1 when being good....... I stayed with it... WOW, YOH... 4.5lb OFF:bliss:See, I said it wasn't fair!

We had about 4 or 5 newbies tonight, so I explained the importance of sticking to it, even when the results tell you there's no point in bothering.....I'm glad I stuck to it....!!!!....!!!! it's a good loss....

Ken explained that based on last month.... I lost 1/2lb per week, he understood why I'd rather 1/2 each week than off, on, STS, on, on... Oh nice... good loss, it worked after all!!

OK, no HEA, no HEB, No free, No superfree....... looks really bad.... actually, it is really bad

OMG! 4.5lbs!!!!

Well, we knew it was coming. You have been golden for weeks. I suspect it was the stress of you being ill was the reason it wasn't showing on the scales. Well done mate!

Now for the spanking ...

You CANNOT go ALL day without food for 2 days on the trot (virtually) and then have beer and whiskey!!! :copon: Make this the first and last time mate!

Nowt wrong with beer and whiskey ... as long as you have eaten first ;)

What does that bring you down to now?? Not bad for a year's work eh hun?

Right... talking to & beating accepted
and I know anyway, but I felt I ought to admit it!!

OK... you know how it is, you have a few drinks and you eat, so I did, all acceptable, just a bit of a strange concoction

Supper: fruit, ham, cheese & pickle sandwich, made with toast and mushroom scrambled egg
pear, banana, 2x400g nimble white (HEB1), 5x laughing cow (HEA), ham, 1 tbs branston (1), eggs, mushrooms,

in bed supper: hot chocolate & chewy bars
highlights (2), 2x alpen light (HEB2)

so, over the week, ended up with 102 syns

Strange, if Ken hadn't bought me a whiskey in the pub, I wouldn't have had any indoors
