snack.. alpen light HeB 1 of 2

Lunch... sw chips shape 0% yogurt

Snack.... 4 sula sweets 1 syn

Dinner.... my very last Asda pitta been in the freezer for months!! HeB made into pizza with 28g cheddar HeA tinned tomatoes garlic oregano, Sw chips (again!! is that very wrong?) baked beans, pickled onions
eve snack.... slice wm toast HeB low sugar jam 1 syn. Curly wurly 6 syns

Lunch.... salad with smoked salmon and 28g cheese HeA banana apple

snack... 2 sula sweets 0.5 syns half a broken cracker lol 1 syn slice wm bread HeB with low sugar jam 1 syn

Dinner... tin tesco stewed steak 227g wedges HeB carrots green beans

Eve snacks ... had the munchies tonight but been ok :) 1 slice wm with jam HeB and 1 syn curly wurly 6 syns chewee cereal bar 5 syns

Tuesday 10 august RED

Feeling like a weight has lifted off my shoulders today :) Egypt in 4 weeks 1 passenger ditched and a new one coming along instead :)

Another Sts at weigh in :) so still 1lb under target. Weds night was a bit of a pig out :eek: 3 Jam donuts and a dairy milk how easy is it to get back into eating crap!!!!!

But today back on plan and thats what its all about right yes I can have those occasional blow outs as long as I get straight back on plan the next day :)

Forgot to fill out yesterday did a green day and stuck to plan having just 2 HeB am trying to cut back this week because I am away from Weds have to go to London for my Uncles funeral :( and I will be staying at my aunts house so wont be able to stick to plan 100% so am doing a bit of damage limitation means I wont have to worry too much about a big gain because I am sure there will be food and drink at the wake. Still going to make sensible choices if I can :)

Just back from a few days in London wasnt a good girl had a chippy tea weds yesterday was at a funeral with loads sandwiches sausage rolls and cakes after when got back had white toast and butter for supper and this morning had a fry up in a greasy spoon lol:D:D oh well back to it already just had a green day tea I know I had fry up this morning but its better to have a Sw chips egg and beans than to take the whole day off. Just hoping I havn't gained too much I did wegh at home before I left and I think I was 2lb under target so that should help a bit :)
 
Kinda a bit fed up today coming to the realisation that I will never be able to cook or eat like everyone else not sure I can handle the thought of 15 syns a day for the rest of my life or no cooking with oil never being able to grab a sandwich ect ect :( not fair I see others who eat far more than i do of all the wrong stuff but dont have a weight problem need something to jig it up again and give me the enthusiasm I had when I first started. for now am still sticking with it :)
