Going to try to introduce a bit more fish to my diet this week. Not a great fan of fish bones and skin but if its filleted and skinned I will eat it :)

Not very inventive when it comes to fish Claire really dont like fish bones or skin so am a bit fussy but I do love cod fillet and smoked haddock, salmon, tuna and prawns just not keen on all the other types but I think that is enough to get more into my diet trying prawn curry going to have to go with EE so I can have rice.
Wi tonight and this week have had 3 fish lunches and 2 fish dinners will it boost my losses.. I hope so anyhow going to try a fishy week and out of 14 lunches and dinners going to try have 8-10 fish meals starting today

Thanks... continuing with the fishy week hoping I get the 2lb this week although will be happy with any loss I think when you get this close to where you want to be any loss is fantastic. Feeling good tho :D:D although I dont think the 2lb is going to make much difference to how I look just to how I feel :)

really fed up of the tuna today struggled to eat it lol time for a change .. bought some tinned mackeral in tom sauce never had it before so going to give it a whirl

Having some meat today for a change :p fancied a roast for dinner think I will exceed my 10 fishy meals tho think it will be 13 :) already know what I am having monday and tuesday... more fish!! hope it helps me get to target but I took a sneeky look on the scales and I think I may just do it as long as I dont slip up between now and then but I dont think I will.
Been swiming this morning but again not much swimming took place just a lot of playing an splashing :D

Driving lesson again this morning and my 2nd attempt at test is looming another fishy day today :) strtaing to actually feel a difference from last week my stomach seems a lot flatter and my jeans looser! had another sneeky peek again this morning (i know I shouldnt but cant help it) and I am thinking a 3lb loss would be wonderful if it was :)

hmmmm after initially thinking I would have a great loss this week not so confident now not been on scales but I feel a bit bloated not sure why tho as I am not having anything to bloat me .... only time will tell roll on tomorrow at 7 pm!!
