What plan are you following SS + ???

Does this mean you have 3 meals a day and a small meal!

What can you have as your 'meal'!

I might be better doing this to start rather than jeapordising my full attempt!

Do you still go into ketosis?

Loads of questions i know!

Hi - it's me!
I have 3 replacements, shakes and soups at the moment plus a meal from the white and green lists in the book. I make the CD stuff as big as possible by splitting the soup into 2 servings and adding extra water and ice to the shakes. Apparently I will go into ketosis but not as much as on SS. I feel that this is as much about success as getting there fast. Maybe when I get going I will decide to drop down to SS but right now I can cope with this.
