December 18th Bride to be!

Hi!

I feel like I've probably left this a little late; 6 months to lose 3 stone doesn't seem too difficult but I bounce from diet to fad diet like a yoyo.

I started dieting and exercising in December 2012 and consequently lost a stone. But I sprained my ankle... And used that as an excuse to stop exercising completely. I ended up eating awfully once again, and I've been stuck in this cycle ever since. I have what should be the motivation, I have everything at my disposal to lose weight but I just give up all too easily.

I'm starting a lifestyle change today - no more fad diets or a healthy eating plan that I only intend to stick to until I've lost the weight. Its got to be something that sticks so I'm trying the whole foods diet. I'm going to pair it with step aerobics and walking. I'm hoping that this will take me from 12st to 9st

What are you using as your diet/exercise plan, and what has worked for you thus far?
