To be fair I haven't been having too much water this week as I've been mega busy (work wise) so it's slipped a little. :booboo: I'm sticking to 1200 cals (my fitness pal based) but I'm not entirely sure this is enough......but I've been losing well on it so far so kept it at that. I don't really excercise except a new circuit training class on Monday's plus walking to and from school (pushing a double buggy) and running round after a 3yo and a 16 month old all day but in the new year I intend to up it quite a lot as I want to tone whilst still losing weight.
I'm not going to stress about it, like you said I have to live and these things happen

I'll enjoy myself tonight and carry on tomorrow!
