I've only got 3 more official weigh ins before Christmas, but will probably do my own on Boxing day just before I go on holiday. My biggest challenge will be keeping it off while I'm away!!

I'd really love to lose another 12lbs, which should take me into the 11s for Christmas :eek:

I have just been weighed and have lost 4.5lbs since Tuesday :happy036:, should I include this weigh in or start it as of this Monday (I get weighed twice weekly to keep me motivated)?
 
Tatty, i would add the 4.5lb to whatever you lose on Monday and count that as your first weeks loss and then add it to the list then.If that make sense? Well done on the 4.5lb :D

I have never ever actually succeeded in one of these challenges since i started on CD!!! This is going to be the one where i do! I only have a pound till goal but I'm going for 3 so that I've got abit of leeway for xmas dinner!lol
