December exercise challenge

Exercise Bike 43.71 km today.
Current Distance 894.7 km this month out of 1040 km.
I never did a session Christmas Eve therefore a early session today and another after Christmas Dinner.
It may help battle the extra calories consumed today.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
Weight down to 234.2lbs (16st 10.2 lbs) from 266 lbs (19st) next goal is 223lb (15.99st)

Current Distance 938.8 km this month out of 1040 km.
Not far away now from my December Target.

Potentially also might hit 231 lbs next week which is halfway to my weight loss goal.
Therefore 2.5 stone lost since August.

I am now running and swimming but since I'm on vacation, I'm just using it for fun, not for goal driven exercise. I feel so much better right now! Hope everyone had a great xmas!

With a single session of 21.39 km on Wed and 44.17 km in usual split session today

I am down to 231 lbs and am now halfway exactly to my potential target weight.
I've dropped 35 lbs since August.
Looking to lose another 35 lbs in the coming months.

Just the 13.5 km to hit December's Exercise target.

December Exercise target achieved 1040 km.

With my double session today up to 1070 km.
Today's exercise session 44.08 km.
I'm 30 km over my originally set target for the month.
Now to think about the next target.
