Deep Fat Fryer

hey guys i have to gate crash this threat cos u must no what scratching are... i looooove kfc so if this is something i can do i would love to no..
 
Hi CC. Don't want to rock the boat here but whenever I make chips in the fryer I usually end up making them for 7-8 people and what I noticed is the oil keeps the starch and starts to bubble up because of it. Whatever I fry afterwards does have a starchy taste but does that mean carbs.. :confused:

Anyone else know what I'm going on about?

Really? Oh no.. I promised my OH i'd make him chips tonight. I have the fear now! Trying to be so good this week too. :(
