It takes about three days... keep strong, it's hard initially, but once it kicks in, you'll feel so much better

Went back to my CDC today to change the porridge to shakes as I really couldnt stomach them. She weighed me while I was there and have lost 5lb already. Cant wait to see my overall for the week on tuesday. It definately feels worth it now
