Depressed - slow weight loss - help!!!

3lbs off hun - I'm now under 11 & a half & heading towards the 10's!
We can do it - I can't sympathise enough about how frustrating is it with people losing more, I've stopped listening & just hear my own little voice?!

Yeah I know what you mean, but I guess at the end of the day we are all on our individual journeys and so long as we all achieve our goals it doesn't matter who looses what and when!! (well... I say that when I'm loosing it faster!! hehe)
God, imagine seeing 10 something come up on the scales!! When it turned from 12 to 11 I bounced around the bedroom squeeling - think my OH thinks I'm loosing it!!! hehe
