don't worry that's probably only about 8 syns! just don't have any syns for the rest of the day, and maybe just eat free and superfree foods tomorrow before your weigh in :] don't feel too disheartened, i do this by accident all the time and still tend to have good losses!

Exactly what Gracie said - try not to worry about it too much, as long as you remember to syn these then there shouldn't be too much of a problem.
