So, I started this three weeks ago.
My starting weight was in October last year. Between then and now, I managed to lose about 7kg.
I started with a really bad consultant who didn't know what she was doing, and ended up doing SS but with 4 packs a day - I'm 5ft 3in so should have only had 3. I lost 5lb in the first week. In the second week, after reading up on it more, I removed one pack and lost 6lb. I then signed up with a new consultant who suggested that since my BMI was now under 30, and I was craving food, I should move to step 2. I was hesitant, as I want to be at my goal by September, but she assured me that I should continue to see good (allbeit slower) losses.
So I went to weigh in this week after doing a week on stage 2 and I had lost less than 1lb
I've been 100% since day one and don't understand why it would fail me so much I'm really upset about this.
Is this comon when you go up a stage?
I'm considering going back to SS until I'm at target, and then starting the stages, then if I don't lose, it's no big deal.
I'd love to hear your thoughts?
Thanks
